Out at 5.30 for my run this morning. Was feeling nervous. 😩 Gave myself a positive talk and knew it was a mental challenge. I kept is a slow pace and focussed on the road in front. I avoided thinking of the time and thought about some great memories. A successful run. I’m a happy bunny. Preparing my mind for the next run which is 20mins. Have a great day everyone πŸ’ͺ🏻

Im sure you will. Just follow the advice. Take is slow and steady. It’s worked for me so far. I don’t quite feel like a runner yet but I’m loving it

Yaaay! Another early morning runner. Best time of the day.

The only shame is nobody will see the smile on your face when you complete W5R3 !!

So make sure you come back in here and tell us!
