I didn’t think I did either until I did this program now I love it ... tried running several times in my life but never continued as felt so awful .. this felt totally different

This is a great programme on all levels.... and many have started with uncertainty and have found they are very quickly addicted Physical and mental benefits, a great forum family, fresh air and exercise.. what's not to like ?

I struggled with W1R1 and felt a bit silly in a mishmash of running gear. There were times when it wasn't easy, but the great thing about this programme is the constant, though gradual, improvement. Before you know it you are running for 3 then 5 then 20 then 30 minutes at a time.
I recommend you give it a go. Give yourself permission to re-do certain runs if they don't go well.
I have never once regretted taking the plunge!
