Downloaded the app last week. Found many excuses not to start...... the weather, a wedding, my toddler, too tired etc etc.
Think I'm going to brave it this eve when hubby gets home and can keep the toddler away from me & the treadmill. Better dig out the lycra! Wonder how many folks download the app but never actually start.
Anyone else starting W1 this week? Hoping to find a "buddy" to keep me motivated. I am pretty useless on my own in terms of motivation. π£

Just slow and steady footfall under your hips.Slow to get the oxygen on board and protect your joints until they strengthen ever repair day following your run.No impact stuff on your repair days. But cardio, strength, etc.π€

Well done for making a start.πππ
Treadmill good , do not overstride, incline set at one degree.π€πππ
Congrats for starting π€ . I found going early morning removed most built in excuses, plus hardly anyone sees you. If that is possible with your family commitment it may be worth thinking about.
Wondering how the weather affects your treadmill though!!!!!!!π€£π€£
Thanks Jell6. Yeah, a two year old who is up at 6am isn't going to work with morning runs. I'm not committed enough for a 5am get up!! π€€
Have had treadmill for years. Used to run a bit.... before little one.... so dusted it off a few weeks ago as the weather is so unpredictable. But it's just been sat there for weeks tutting at me every time I walk past it. Nailed it tonight though. Ha Ha!
