Well, I hit the wall (not literally but mentally) on Week 6 Run 3. I just couldn’t do it without walking and my mind just got in the way. So I haven’t run again since. Until yesterday that is when I went to the gym with my daughter and after the bike, cross trainer and rowing machine I got on the treadmill and did W1 R1! It was good! I’m going to take things slowly this time and if my mind starts rebelling again I shall repeat a run or a week. This is about the long term!! Wish me luck (and determination!)

I had to repeat in week 2,3 and 8. Just keep repeating until you're able to do it and move on. Fantastic that you're ready to give it another Go as it will work and you will feel amazing.
Best of luck - where the mind goes the body follows - or so they tell me
