Ive completed Week 4 this evening as unable to run tomorrow morning due to work commitments. One difference is, I actually started running in daylight which means I'm getting more confident about my ability to run. I obviously saw a lot more people than my normal 5.30am runs but I did it and even managed to say hi to a few along the way. I am increasing my distance a bit more each time and today covered just over 4k. I can feel my stamina building each run so hoping I can do well with Week 5 which I plan to start on Friday morning. I am so pleased with my progress. I can't quite believe I've finished 4 weeks πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™‹πŸ»πŸ˜ŠπŸƒπŸ’ͺπŸ»βœ…

Thank you. I think I still prefer the early morning run without too many people around however needs must so an early evening run it was to be. Glad I did it. I'm feeling good 😊Week 5 here I come πŸ’ͺ🏻
