Run complete and finally no tightening of calves 😁 I found that it was being caused by the way my right foot lands and moves with each step as it rolls and twists in so focused on it today and much much better 😁 just need to train it to behave 😁 another step closer to my dream 😁

I do that anyway but am definitely putting it down to my gait, need to focus on putting foot down straight, I seem to land on toes or mid foot, roll in and twist heel in also, but will work on it, focusing on today certainly helped 😁

Thanks, I stretch pre and post run every time but kept getting calf tightness in right leg but think it's sorted now 😁
