No real issues after W1R1 and none after the run today. I'm not breaking any records for speed or distance but I am enjoying the mental buzz I'm getting. One thing I had forgotten is how nice the autumn colours are in Crewe Queens Park at the moment.
W1R2 - Still settling in.: No real issues after... - Couch to 5K
W1R2 - Still settling in.

Good work, Nobby! And going slow is crucial to building up stamina and avoiding injury, so you are doing the right thing by taking it slow and steady.
Outdoor running is so good for the soul, isn't it? I feel so much happier after my morning runs.
Keep up the very good work!

No records means you are doing it the right way.
The fact that you are appreciating your environment and the buzz of exercise means you are destined to become a run junkie in record time (whoops, there's your record..........can't win 'en all)
Enjoy the journey.....there is no rush.

Sounds glorious..well done you. Slow and steady is just fine😊
Settling in very nicely it seems. No need for speed; enjoy the buzz and the changing scene around you
Autumn running lovely...if you have the buzz now then that bodes well for the rest of the 9 weeks. Happy running
Thank you everyone. It's good to read your comments and know that there are others enjoying their own personal journeys.
