Does anyone else find the first run when you get started really is hard I find the end is easier 🤔 Anyone else agree?

Tricky start?!
I found that for the first few weeks, tried making my warm up walk a bit brisker and it seemed to help.
Apparently when you start running it takes a few minutes for the oxygen to get going around your body, so it is a bit harder at the beginning. Also, psychologically I always find it easier near the end, because the end is in sight!
Yep!
And change the word 'run' for 'nice easy jog'.
You are starting out doing something your body has probably not done for many years.
Too many think they have to be bounding off like some cheetah.
Keep it slow and steady.
Then slow down a bit more.
As time moves on and you move through the program you'll find the beginning isnt as hard.
Yes definately... the first ten minutes of any run I think is the hardest...
Yup the famous toxic tens ... always get me.
