W9R1 - and then there were hills!

In Portugal for a few days so got up early yesterday to do my first 30 minute run of W9. No too hot and ok at first but I had not realised that I was going down hill so much so the second half was really hard work. Anyway I made it through and tomorrow will try to find a flatter route. Home Friday night and plan to do my graduation run at my local Parkrun on Saturday morning.

Slow it down a bit as well and that should help. 7m9s is a good pace for the flat never mind up a hill. Last thing you want now is an injury so far in.

Get some photos up from the next run so we can all be extremely jealous of you being able to run in Portugal.
