First run of week 2 done. Pleased with myself. I did it. Bit disappointed I have gained 2lbs in the past week. Though I have watched my diet and did the 3 week 1 runs. Not going to give up because I’m enjoying the running but hope I will lose weight as well

If you are in caloric deficit you will lose weight. If you are in caloric surplus you will gain weight, whether you run or not.

Very well done you!

You may not lose weight..but, you will feel fitter and be more toned and tight!

Keep the exercise up and you will, maybe, but only maybe, lose the weight..but the exercise, linked with a healthy eating regime, this is a win-win scenario :)
