WK2 R 1

Well I had three days away and not confident enough to run somewhere I don't know. So opted to leave till I got home. Big dread this morning repeat wk1 r3 or go to wk2 r1 ? Well went for the latter the extra 30 seconds filled me with dread!

So did the first 4 runs ok then did 45 sec of 5 & 6 run . So was a minor achievement for me. So Sunday going to repeat this run and hopefully crack the 6 runs then move onto run 2 and 3 of this week .hasten to add only completed all 8 runs on the 3rd run of week one.

Loving the challenge though.

if you are doing the runs, and taking them really slowly, you don't need to repeat them...unless you really feel you need to :) it is your journey after all :)

An achievement is an achievement, no minor about it. Just keep it as slow as slow.. your strength and stamina will build up with each run you do :)

Well done:)

oooh I love to run somewhere new. It's like whistle stop sightseeing, taking it all in. Takes the mind off the actual running 😃

Well done for facing the new challenge! Just a word of caution - you should be completing each run three times before moving on, to ensure that you're building up your fitness, stamina, and muscles properly. So if you've only done (i.e. run in full) all 8 run segments of the week 1 run once, I'd do it another twice before going to week 2.

I'm sure there are some here will disagree with me - but that's how I've always interpreted the advice...

Thanks for that to be honest that was what I was thinking of doing going forward. Thanks for the advice

Well did Wk2 R1 again and nailed it , hopefully go on to do the other the this week. Got no excuse now because i know I can do it!

I hate "the big dread" which descends if I miss a few more days than I should. But if you can rationalise it and just get out there anyway, it should float away into the clouds

Well done for going for week 2, it gets easier! I just finished it on Friday and will start week 3 on Monday!

I always think that it is such a big leap between weeks but I seem to be meeting the challenge each time so it must be working!

Keep up the good work!
