Well just spent a very enjoyable 30 mins with MJ. Thought it was going to be hard as l knew what was coming but it was great Got into a good rhythm and felt more relaxed. I'm ruining up and down my very quiet rural lane no traffic and good tarmac. Going to have to eventually pluck up the courage to venture off from here but not ready to let the world see me yet😬. Good to run in the morning too feel set up for the day of baking Birthday cake for my son. Looking forward to Monday and that will be week 1 completed who would have thought eh😂. Have a good day !!
