Two weeks, 6 runs after graduation and my first ever sub 10 minute per mile run!! 9:48 to be precise, may well have been a huge amount of luck but I'm still going to take it!! From huffing and puffing through week one just 11 weeks ago to 9:48 miles , never thought I'd be doing that... looking like being a happy weekend!

Message to anyone struggling, keep going, trust the plan....it REALLY works!

I've already spoken to him. He said he's going to jack it all in and become a hairdresser instead now.
