Running Maga

Does anyone have any recommendations for running magazines? I've been buying Women's Running Magazine, but don't find it very useful! It's focus seems to be marathon training. Is there anything out there for older, beginner runners?

Ooh I don't know! Why would they? Very odd given that it's a national institution and it's free. I'll have a look

Regarding runners world and the hatchet piece on park runs. I had a park run email saying that they where very disappointed with them setting them up by someone cheating on the park run . Apparently it was someone from runners world who then printed the whole story . Like they pointed out that's not the reason for park runs and if you did this your only cheating your self . .I won't be buying runners world either because of this .

Yes I read this too and like you, was calling Runners World all sorts, but then I read the actual report from RW. The cheater himself admits he cheated the running world.

I've been reading this for two years now (it was a present 🙂) and have been thinking recently that it's getting a bit "samey". The subscription expires at the end of the year and I want to get something different too. I've found this one and it looks good so perhaps worth a browse. I think it used to be called "Running" and my physio had a copy in the waiting room so I always had a read there and thought it was good.

runnersradar.com

Let me know if you find anything.

Thank you for the link Irishprincess I had a look at runnersradar and it is very good so I signed up for their newsletter! There were articles about Canicross which was very interesting 😊👍🐾
