Hello everybody....

You may have noticed that there is a new poll today... I dont know about you but I love polls as its a great way to find out more about our running lives.

I will aim to do a new poll every couple of weeks. So, if you have a theory or burning desire to find out more about our running styles, habits or frequency etc ( there are no particular rules) then please do tell me below and I will do my best to include

Yes they are elusive. I got notification of one by email this morning. Instead of clicking the link, which would take me to safari, opened the app. Where is it? Searched and nowhere to be found!

yes good point I just checked the app and I cant see the poll anywhere.... I will check with admin!! If on safari, the poll is on the right hand side of the C25k home screen:
