After sailing through weeks 3-5, I found my breaking point at W6R1, which is ironic due to the lyrics of one song at the end of the podcast (!) It certainly didn't feel "so easy"!

I'm not sure if W5R3 killed off my calves and I just didn't notice until I ran again but today was painful...

W6r1 is a pesky run that seems to catch so many out don't quite know why this is but it's not uncommon

rolysmate is spot on, this is a feisty little sucker. But you did it, if you're kippered take an extra day rest and go for the next one.

Well done on completing it! You are not alone in finding that run tough, I think the 20 mins does have an impact on us newbies and so the next time we run our body starts protesting! But guess what? All that hard work sets you up for the next run and you'll soon be powering into W7... πŸ˜„
