So I've come down off cloud 9, and faced with Week 7 run 1 , I decided to follow forum wisdom and strengthen my mind and my body instead. So another week of repeats (with Hills!) to make sure I can run Week 7 well. Week 6 run 4 , 3 sessions of 8 minutes and a bit of backstitching on the hills. Good tip!

I need to find out more about backstitching the hills. I'm just into my tiny dolly steps, but could do with trying this technique. I'm sure if you've completed Week 6 you should be ready for week 7, but if it gives your more confidence to repeat, then do it.
