Think I have a problem. Opse

Came out the house to run W7R1 , not a lot of time, pouring rain and only slot of day. I don't get down the drive, let alone run fall over the curb! Ouch. Hey ho, just do it. So i did. It was a bad run, could not into a good breathing rhythm, but I completed it. A footpath was a stream, grumpy pedestrians. Home showered coffee at my side with nurofen. Hubbie will panic if I tell him so wont. With him out of action and 14 ponies he will not be happy. I'll just keep moving.

Well done for completing the run after your fall, hope you are ok. ๐Ÿ˜

I don't tell my husband about my falls either. But he usually notices my grazed knees at some point, or wonders why I'm wandering around the house in leggings. But I have got better!

Hope you're not too sore and well done for carrying on!

It's par for the course. Accidents happen ๐Ÿ™‚

Just go steady and you'll be ok. No, you can't take injury time outs when you have animals ๐Ÿ˜ I've had to walk the dog when I've hardly been able to walk ๐Ÿ™„

My husband has black toes from a recent fall down the stairs so he can't say anything ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค
