Hi everyone I have completed c25k, and have been running 3 times early in morning a week, I have had a cold and now have chest infection , so I think I will have to Miss running tomorrow after all this work j do not want to give up as I am so pleased I have got this far,what do you all think my age is 61,thank you

Yes. Miss running until you have fully recovered from your chest infection.

Chest needs to be clear.. rest up, heal and then run :)

Brilliant I just love running and with thre couch 25k podcast Ito is brilliant you feel as if you have someone with you(Laura) I wish you well in your running and thank you for your kind comment

Definitely wait until you are feeling 100%, then carry on. Sometimes a break from running is a good thing so you have time to re-charge your batteries. Hope you're soon feeling better :)
