At week 3 I had a blip but thanks to everyone here I have 1 week and 3 runs left and loving seeing the progress I make each week I have also gave myself a longer term goal. I'm going to do the great north run next year. Thanks for your support and motivation

oooh. same place as me, finished my week8 run 3 yesterday and due to start week 9 tomorrow. going away for four day weekend so changing my days. intend to finish week 9 next saturday with a park run! done two already, and one i ran the whole thing by mistake!!!!!

can't quite believe it all! i intend to do some stamina and then speed podcasts and want to try the c210k podcasts but also don't want to overstretch myself. i also liv on a hill, although i can run flat from here, i could start with seeing how running up and down a hill goes, hoping a's that improves my stamina it will help with speed. i also want to keep running park runs and ideally get my sod to 35 mins then sub 30. that would be a big accomplishment for me.
