Morning guys that's wk2 finished. After reading through some posts of yours last night I slowed down a bit more this morning even though I'm slow anyway lol ๐Ÿ˜‚, but got to say it works .

I really can't believe I've completed 2 weeks of this plan I'm pleased with myself even though I still can't imagine running 5 mins let alone 25 but I will continue to pound the streets ๐Ÿ˜. Good luck to anyone else running today -------

Donna 79 you can do it ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ.

I couldn't imagine it either. Now I breeze past places where I used to fall down after 5 minute runs. The body is really amazing, and it's so fun to help it work!!!

Ask anyone who's either still on or has graduated the program and they will tell you the same thing, when they first started, within the first few weeks, ever thought they would be able to run for 30 minutes. The thought of running for that amount of time at the beginning of the program is daunting.

BUT, you're doing great, don't worry about the increases in time, the program prepares your body for it, the rest is in your head.

Slow and steady.
