Hi I'm 43, just given up smoking and have taken to running to beat the cravings π I'm 3 weeks into couch to 5k with plans to do half marathon next year π I get these crazy ideas sometimes π

I graduated 1 month ago and gave up smoking 2 months ago. I can honestly say I feel amazingly great.

I gave up smoking 3 stone ago.
You'll certainly notice the improvement in your breathing with this program.

Half marathons will come in time......... great to have a target.........but concentrate on the next run only for the time being.
