Not that I haven't run in the rain before during this programme - but got properly soaked on this run yesterday. But that's my fault for going to Liverpool for the day. I should have known that a trip to the west coast would include a downpour. Anyway another one ticked off and this time I actually had to be organised....so I can motivate myself to run even if it takes a bit of preparation - good to know. The big one next.....tomorrow.
