Wow never when I posted 12 days ago dreading the start of a week 4 with its 5 minute run did I think I would be feeling awesome after running non stop for 20 minutes.
Following a tip I spotted a created a unique playlist especially for today (think 80's rock chick) and set it to shuffle.
Hilariously as I'm coming to the end of my warm up walk on comes One way or another by Blondie and then just as Sarah Millican is telling me I have 2 minutes left Don't stop me now by Queen starts playing. Exactly what I needed.
For all those in earlier weeks you can do it and folks you were right it is definitely your mind you need to train to believe the programme takes care of the body.
