Just finished week 3 run 3 and I'm really enjoying it which is something I never thought I would say! Only problem is my shins have really started to hurt which is making it a lot more difficult. It was fine until week 3 run 2. Any advice? I'm stretching well before each run.

My husband used to use compression socks for shin pain...really helped 😊
