Late morning run 😦

Woke up a bit late, so decided not to run as soon as I got up but to have breakfast and run a bit later. Won't be doing that again soon! So busy, with people walking to early lunch breaks, students all over the place, school kids in the playing fields. Will be going back to my early morning runs when I have the paths and tracks to myself, bar fellow crack-of-dawn runners πŸ˜‰

Have fun running, whatever time you do it 😊

I love my early morning runs but to be honest I rarely see other people on my evening runs either. I recently ran in Hyde Park whilst in London for a couple of days and the number of runners there at 7.30am amazed me (I think there were more people running than live in my village!) and I think I was just about the only one without earphones.

That's a thought – I've never done an evening run. I might try it some time! (I work from home so can more or less choose when I go.)
