No run for me this week boo hoo

On Friday I injured my leg and have bruising and pulled muscle. I fell over my daughters suitcase on the way to the train station for our weekend away.

Have managed to walk slowly and limp around all weekend.

I was so looking forward to doing wk4 r1 today!!!!!!!

Hopefully leg will be better next week to carry on.

Ouch! It is remarkable how many people sustain injuries here which were not sustained whilst running.

Hope you recover soon.

I know the first thing I thought of when I done it was "oh no I won't be able to go for my run"

Bruising has now all come out, but it's still really painful. Think it will be be about another week or so before I can run again. Will do week 3 again then.

If you are OK to run in a week or two, then you'll be OK to do the run you were planning ie Week 4. Honest! Doing week 3 won't give you useful information - either you'll complete it or you won't and Week 4 offers you just the same but with the possibility of progress.

Obviously Week 3 is better than not giving the leg a try out at all!
