Just finished week 2 with much puffing and panting. But hey what do you expect at 60+ and a stone overweight? At least I am trying... I thought I was too old and too unfit, I used to be fit when I was younger and although I walk a lot, I have struggled to maintain fitness and weight for last 5 years. Good news though, I feel good, am fitter and have already lost a couple of pounds. Bring it on!

Well done you! It is amazing what this programme can do for us you'll be so chuffed by the end of it. Puffing and panting is a rite of passage - that what I tell myself anyway! Good luck.
