Jus done run 1 of wk 5. Just can t believe its me jogging along. I never ever have managed running before. It s great you can just get up and go. Thank you whom ever thought of c25k

I used to do stuff at the gym but not anything only walking for the last year. Hoping to do bodytone and aqua fit if I can force myself to go. I am 63 so don t wan t to go downhill!!

I am using the NHS Couch to 5k app. I think with this you end in week 9 and running for 30 mins continuous, then work on pace to get to 5k (but I may be confused about that lol!)

Yes u are right. I queried my app. One reply said c25k is a fancy nae to get you up to 30 min runs. I think i do 30 mins on week eight run two.

I think either way so long as we run and make progress without getting injured.

That's the key! To run safely and steadily. I find the programme perfectly pitched (so far) and not overwhelming, just challenging. You keep up the good work too, Faye!
