I start week 4 tomorrow. Never done anything physical before and I'm 56! Challenge from a work colleague got me going 😉

What week are you on Sadie? I am doing Vandersoft app. You end on wk 9 with a forty min ru.n.

I am using the NHS Couch to 5k app. I think with this you end in week 9 and running for 30 mins continuous, then work on pace to get to 5k (but I may be confused about that lol!)

Yes u are right. I queried my app. One reply said c25k is a fancy nae to get you up to 30 min runs. I think i do 30 mins on week eight run two.

I think either way so long as we run and make progress without getting injured.

Keep up the good work

That's the key! To run safely and steadily. I find the programme perfectly pitched (so far) and not overwhelming, just challenging. You keep up the good work too, Faye!
