Good gym

Anyone any experience of Good Gym? Have been looking at their site and it looks like there is one that goes regularly from East Finchley which I could probably get to on the way home from work. Most of their runs look doable by a C25k graduate - 2 - 3k each way. Might give it a go.

Bit disappointed to see that their advice for beginner runners (you need to be able to run for 15 minutes without stopping) doesn't include a link to C25K for people who can't.

Do it it's brilliant

I have been part of GoodGym Newham since November 2016

Not sure why no link to C25K maybe because most people who join already run but I shall ask.

I really enjoy out weekly group run and have taken part in mission runs and recently was paired with an elderly lady for my coach runs.

Happy to answer any questions you have.
