Determined to run despite the late finish at work. Run was good (well I kept going and didn't die) but don't like the night running as I'm restricted to pavements, traffic and street lighting which for a ninja C25K all feels a bit bit public as I shambles along!

Keeping going and not dying are all that are required. Weirdly, it continually gets easier instead of harder, though I do find the first run of a week the most challenging.

Don't worry about your shambling run, take note of all the other runners you see and you'll be surprised at how many unusual/awkward styles there are, mine is as much a stumble as a run but it gets me there!

It is a shame that the evenings are drawing in, but all those people driving past are either paying no attention to you or looking at you with admiration/jealousy. What did you think of runners before you became one? I was always impressed that they were out there pounding the streets while I was sitting in my car. Keep going - you're doing great!
