Hi guys, sorry I've not been here. I have no excuse at all.

I have completed my week one run one again as it is 4 weeks since I last run.

Put the baby in front of in the night garden so that kept her distracted for the whole run!!!

Glad I've got the first one out of the way again. No giving up again this time.
