4K colour run

On Sunday I managed a 4K colour and foam run which was so much fun.

Didn't run fast I managed it in 30mins 4K.

But it was so much fun running with others and getting very messy covered in paint and running through foam.

Was also for a good course a local hospice and I got a medal 😊😊😊
