Do you know what? I'm on Week 8 & I haven't tackled a hill yet so if you're doing hills then that's fantastic but if you have the odd run where you're struggling why don't you change your route just for that day if that's possible?? Personally, I want to enjoy the programme & if I were trying to tackle hills I don't think I would...so I'm saving runs with hills for after I graduate as they will be another story on my journey I'm sure...you need to enjoy the programme & do what's best for you...listen to your body...

I find that if I focus on short term goals rather than the whole hill I can manage the full hill (I do the same when cycling) - i.e. Run to a tree/bus stop/certain car....

I'm on holiday, and unfortunately it's a choice of hills or no run at all. Up to now I've been very successful at staying on flat routes at home but it's been a bit tough this week. On the plus side the flat when I get home should be easier!
