Happy Monday everyone - I started mine by oversleeping (medication side effect perhaps or am I looking for excuses...) and then a jogette / practice of week 7 run 3 (all energy had drained by 20min). Not bothered about not finishing week 7 yet, no hurrry on that front! Just glad I went out.

Well done getting out...and love that name, although maybe not the gradient
A problem I know well - uphill back to home. And the routine thing, I think I've got mine now, Tues, Thurs and Sunday. It seems to work out okay and I give myself the longer run Sunday. I don't think it matters what routine you have provided you have one. Or that's true for me, if it wasn't timetabled I know I'd flake... that's why I decided to keep writing my blog for each run. We all do what we do, to keep out there don't we?
