So after flirting with the slim and angular Eastern European road signs as markers I have enjoyed the past 10 days with the sun bleached bewitching Californian markers and been in awe of how much they've left me sweating and exhilarated.
W4 was pure unadulterated pleasure whilst I huffed and puffed down the Brea jogging track.
Sometimes starting at 5am to have a swift sweaty meeting before work, other times mid morning in the Californian sunshine.
Tomorrow I move further up in the sprawl of concrete that is the west coast.
I leave my curvy companion that is the running track.
And for my first 20 min run I have to do it on the streets of Pasadena at 0500 before a sales conference.
Your words and photos and posts will be with me.
I'm looking forwards to week 6 if only for the location.

Sounds to me like you have caught a bug.....Enjoy your running
Make the most of it mate. It's turning a bit cooler back here but that is no bad thing. Autumn is kicking in but I find I am unwittingly upping the pace a bit, maybe to keep the blood moving. Running in South Of France was ace but Czech Rep is none to shabby either.
At the quacks just now so kick off week 5 this afternoon.
