On track!!!!

Routine is actually a proper workout I am quite impressed have the speed once a week, stepping stone podcast for 30 mins and just a fun run for 30 mins. I have been thinking about the stamina one I haven't tried it yet as anyone attempted or done the stamina one. Have even managed to find truly on youtube so am going to adding that to my song list. One of the few songs in the 9 week program that I liked.

Hi, Stamina podcast is a bit of a beast. Ran it this morning and got a monumental stitch! It's going to take me a few goes to get to the end of this one.
