Yesssss! Again I had a good run. A little bit of running into the wind made it hard work for a while but I battled through adjusting my speed to super slooow! Was made up with my end pace for the last 60 seconds. made my stride longer for this section so I went faster, "what a feeling!" as the song goes! Super sweaty now!
