Stepped out with the intention of completing w8 r2 this afternoon and very quickly realised it was very muggy and after about 7 minutes I was just not in a rhythm at all. By 22 minutes my brain was screamining to keep going, but my legs gave up. Noooo!! So annoyed at myself, now I need to do it again!

RFC - practice makes perfect, its really irritating but now you know exactly the tipping point, so you can be mentally prepared next time out. Mugginess can be very fatiguing too, and as you are running more and more kms youll be up to about 100km, now it's easy to tire out sooner. Take a rest, and kick ass next time out...

It's very warm today...you knew that you were going to stop & you stopped, today wasn't right for you...bag the stamina & add the Kms to the clock & you'll nail it next time 🏃🏼‍♀️

Stop being annoyed with yourself...Don't build it out of proportion.

You went out, you ran, you will have learned something and you get to prove that you can do it next time :)

Don't be annoyed.. smile...because you went out... it felt yukky and you stopped... Well done...:)

The number of folk who push through and end up disheartened or injured is worrying... the runs are still there... You rest up.. then head out again, steady and slow :)

You are doing just fine and you will do this :) x
