Well that was a bit tough on the shins!
Not out of breath at all but the legs!
I stretched as shown, tried to relax a little bit more and took it easy.
The front of my shins get really hard in the muscles.
About 4 inches above the ankle bone on the outside of the leg follow the tendon and muscle up, I have a lump that's there all the time, about 50p size, yesterday while shuffling along the pain on that point got worse and the lump swelled a little and was rock hard, normally it's there but a soft.
Any ideas over what the lump could be?
I have a smaller one on the left but that not as painful and did not swell.
Any help please in getting past this hurdle, I can got into week 3 there's now way the shins will do it.
After resting when I get back there is no pain just as normal once rested for 15-30 minutes, time I have had a shower etc all gone, little
Lump is still there but soft again no pain.
