Completed wk two with a more experienced runner. She said did i want to run a bit more so i did. 16 mins non stop and was fine...very slow pace tho

Well done... but, at this stage...just go steady... hold that confidence, but also hold your own pace too
Follow the programme, it will help ensure against over use injury.
Don't rush it....experienced runners great to go with, but they forget what is what like in the beginning. I'm no expert but I would say follow the programme it is tried and tested!!
