Week 9, run 1 in the bag this morning, it was hard but the pain in the last few minutes was worth it, it's more in the mind, you know the 30 minute finishing line is coming, but when you hit 25 & 28 minutes I was just wanting to hear WELL DONE YOU DID IT!!!!
