Surprised and disappointed with myself in equal measure. Managed 2 runs on holiday in the French Alps. Could and maybe should have done more but those hills!! Spent the week walking (at altitude) will be interested to see if my time improves when home tomorrow.

Title of your post made me chuckle, packets of imodium flashed briefly before my mind....but I see that's not what you meant! Hills? Alps? Altitude?! Running all that on holiday?! Blimey, that's impressive! You'll be flying round when you get back home - no trouble!
Hills! Whatever next?! I get furious if I have to run up a gentle slope. You're a marvel.
