Go to a shop that will do gait analysis and a proper fitting. Well worth it to prevent injury and they will be so comfy.

Shoes I recommend might be wholly inappropriate for you. We all have different weights, gaits and footstrike and shapes of foot.

Get a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop and take the professional advice offered. The wrong shoes can cause you problems. The best ones suit your gait and are comfortable.
