Serendipity meant that I got to graduate running W9R3 along Bamburgh beach on a beautiful Sunday morning! It felt great and I even managed to carry on and do the 5km. Never thought I would be able to do this 9 weeks ago, onwards and upwards!

FIve km! Fantastic. Well done. And such a beautiful spot. Used to go there many years ago for a picnic lunch with Mrs L-S and watch the waves.
