I need all the support I can get. I'm in my early 60s... and up to week nine. My head is there dragging my body with it is a different matter. Would love to hear from anyone else who aches like I do...

Don't worry we all ache as much as you do. I was mid 60s when I did C25K and I'm still going. I regularly run 5 or 10k and it still hurts. The pleasure comes from getting past that and knowing you've done it. Keep it up and you will find it's addictive
Week 9 almost a graduate then. Well done you. I read in one of the posts, that as you proceed through the weeks especially towards the latter stages to take extra days in rest if you felt you needed them. unfortunately i didn't find that advice until W9 either....
But even now it's not too late to give yourself an extra day off. I don't want to make assumptions about your health and fitness, so will reflect on my own which was that I started this pretty much having done no impact or cardio exercise for quite some time, so by the time W9 came around, my bod was asking me what on earth i was up to.
And it makes sense now that in hindsight I'd shifted my exercise regime from nothing to between 3 and 3.5 hours a week, so maybe feeling tired is not that surprising.
But keep at it and the prize of that nice shiny graduate badge will be yours any day now.🏅🏅🏅
