Run along the water

Up north for a few days with the family and I've just finished the stamina podcast with Laura this early morn to keep me company. Beautiful trails and a boardwalk over the water. Also saw a blue heron a pair of swans and some cottontail rabbits. This is a very nice switch from the noise and construction of the city. I could get used to this!

It really is. Have 3 more days here, so that is one more morning run before we head back home!

How lovely Decker😊.. hope you tiptoed past those bunnies😉

That stamina run is a toughie isn't it, but Laura's top tips and that audiofuel music somehow help you along...

Enjoy your break away from home and running some different scenic routes.x

Thanks Jan, yes, one of the bunnies seemed to be racing along with me for awhile before dodging off into the shrubs!

I enjoy the stamina run the most from the plus series, and the tips do remind me to look up and not at my shoes the whole time 😀. I've not done any other runs away from home before, but the change of pace was nice and gave me a little boost of energy for the day.

Beautiful scenery, sounds very inspiring for a stamina run.
