This one really was for meemum,

Was a latish start tonight and ended up running in the gloom but I really enjoyed this one, just wish I could actually let her know in person but am sure she was watching me.

Don't know if it was excitement or what but had to hold myself back a little at times as I fair seemed to be flying along.

Distance run 5.05

Time 33.38

Average Pace 6.39

Splits, 1) 6.16 2) 6.48 3)7.03 4) 6.29 5) 6.34

The support and camaraderie of the group is terrific and helps carry us all through, especially those early weeks when the gremlins and fears are most active.

There are also a few people whose posts are to say the least are a little entertaining and a must to read (jancanrun)

This has been a wonderful experience at times a little frightening and at others exciting and the start of another part of my life and hopefully I'll keep crossing paths with many of you along the road ahead.

Huge congratulations... well done you!

What a terrific last run...!

The seasoned and established Graduates on here have so much to offer with their advice and support as you move forwards, ( been there and experienced that :)) ....we have some awesome runner in our midst!

They will be with you as you progress... as many have moved on far beyond C25K and can give you great tips for the continuing journey!

Oldfloss I am excited about my continuing journey and very happy to be part of such a friendly, helpful community and hopefully I'll meet a few of you along the way

Puffin, chuffin, Rolysmate, whatever name we decide fits. That's absolutely brilliant, I'm so glad you did it for meemum, and for yourself. The podium is nice and clean and shiny for you to take your place. I can't tell you how delighted I am , I've been checking every few minutes for your update. Me and chunky monkey and the others, welcome you to the best graduate spot ever. Splits of 6.16 I am thinking meemum gave you wings. Fab, fab, fab and my new mantra, you don't have to be famous to be brilliant, but being a runner helps! Glorious....👍👟👍👟👍👟👍👟🥂🥂🥂🥂🏅🏅🏅🏅🎓🎓🎓🎓

Jan I thank you for your company along this journey

My absolute pleasure, it's been a blast! See you around big school? I'm one of the tail runners.... and really meemum is with you now all the way... good luck for your big run. But you and I know luck is not necessary, you have running legs, head and heart. X

Well done you to you...your Mum will definitely be watching you...without a doubt...I was running the other day and I saw two white feathers on my journey, I don't really believe in all that stuff, but I hoped my Mum was watching me too...she was prob thinking 'what the heck are you doing????!!!!' But, it kept me going for a bit....she'll know how you're feeling too...

Please stay on here Rolysmate...you've given me so much encouragement I'd miss you...you're part of my running family now!!!!
