I twisted my ankle in rugby help

I twisted my ankle, by paying rugby.

So that's how it happened.

I haven't started the program yet, so I guess I'll wait for that.

Tho I can't go too long without doing anything, so what would you recommend?

I don't have a gym prescription, and I won't get one until I know it will be useful.

I have a cross trainer (elliptical) at home.

And a few essential gym equipment, but not much.
