Tight calf

I think I learned an early lesson about 53 year old calves and stretching. Missed my w2r2 today because I got s nasty twinge on Monday and it's still not 100%. Better safe than sorry and I've got the day off tomorrow so I'm going to wait.

Which means Lottie C is now two runs ahead. Not that I'm competitive or anything.

I think I got to week 3 before I discovered how vital post run calf stretching is for the mid 50s runner. Better safe than sorry is probably right.
